The service is published and its offers are sold by Fleur Française — legal entity to be configured, address to be configured before production.
Purpose of the service
Fleur Française provides teachers of French as a foreign language with a library of ready-to-teach lessons. Access depends on the selected plan or the individual purchase of a lesson.
Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Materials accessible from your account are intended for your personal teaching use and may not be resold or published.
Subscriptions and purchases
The price, billing frequency and contents of each offer are displayed before payment is confirmed. An individual purchase gives access to the current version of the relevant lesson. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your personal area.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
Before payment for digital content, we separately obtain your express request for immediate access before the withdrawal period ends and your acknowledgement that, where the legal conditions are met, this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal for that content. Without these confirmations, the immediate order is not created. They do not exclude statutory guarantees or rights that apply when content is non-conforming or not supplied.
Cancelling a subscription stops its renewal and preserves access until the end of the period already paid for, unless a refund or a contrary legal obligation applies. MVP refunds are issued in full; approval immediately revokes the access right funded by the refunded order.
